The viewer is met at the doorway of the room by a gravel path, narrowing as you follow its curve to the house. Noticing the fragility of the paper house, and kneeling down to peer inside, the viewer becomes a kind of intruder, a voyeur. Inside the house, a dress, split open upon a bed, gives way to a net of pelvic-bone butterflies fleeing the seen through the window. Fans have been positioned above the net so that outside of the house, the butterflies wings flutter erratically.
