This piece is viewed as a performative exercise. A small drawing based on an appropriated photograph was projected for the enlargement of the image. It was painted in the dark (save the light offered by the projector) with white paint on a white surface so that the marks were not visible to the artist during the process. The scale of the image and the darkness were meant to instigate a forced intimacy with the subject.
